Utilizing Martial Arts influenced Games and Drills we help students develop Fitness, Balance, Coordination & Control. We also assist them in increasing Focus, Teamwork, Memory and Discipline. Classes will prepare them for the Little Warriors class. 

MRTL MVMT

(Martial Movement)


FMC: Flexibility, Mobility & Core


This class utilizes Stretching, Range-Of-Motion, Isometrics and Core stability exercises to build a more movement ready body, increase activity and decrease pain. 


FLOW


This class utilizes Quadrepedal Movement, and other movement styles to help you move through space gracefully, no matter the space and no matter the movement. 

LITTLE WARRIORS

(Ages 7-9)


Utilizing Martial Arts influenced Games and Drills we help students develop Speed, Agility, Technique and Flexibility. We also assist them in increasing Courage, Intensity, Perseverance & Concentration. Classes will prepare them for the Warrior Classes and their Journey to Black Belt and Beyond. 

S.W.A.T


Special Weapons & Advanced Training. Available as an Add-On class this class will teach multiple weapons and advanced techniques. We teach Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Hap Ki Do, Judo and other styles. 

Jr. WARRIORS / WARRIORS

(Ages 10-17)     /   (Ages 18+)


Training in Tang Soo Do, Hap Ki Do & Uechi Ryu to complete the first phase of your Martial Arts Journey to Black Belt. Teaching students the basics to prepare for advanced training at Black Belt and Beyond. 

Warrior Fitness


A 30-Minute, 5 5-minute round HIIT Circuit meant to make you sweat like you are in the ring!! Each day will bring a different set of Martial Arts, Plyometrics, Agility, Fitness inspired exercises to the circuit, so the workout is rarely ever the same.
