Hi, I’m Coach Keoki, a movement-focused personal trainer specializing in helping older adults and individuals with sedentary lifestyles move better, feel better, and age stronger. With over 20 years of martial arts and movement experience, I use mobility training, ATG methods, Animal Flow, and gentle bodyweight work to improve joint health, reduce stiffness, and restore confidence in everyday movement.

Who I Work With


I work best with people who:

  • Spend long hours sitting for work or at home
  • Are 40+ and want to age stronger, not weaker
  • Feel stiff, tight, or limited by old injuries or lack of movement
  • Want to move confidently again—getting off the floor, climbing stairs, playing with kids or grandkids, or returning to favorite activities.


You do not need to be “in shape” to start. We begin at your current level and build from there.


How I Train


My approach is:


  • Movement-first – We prioritize how well you move before how hard you push.
  • Joint-friendly – Training that respects your knees, hips, spine, and shoulders.
  • Individualized – Every program is tailored to your body, history, and goals.
  • Sustainable – No crash programs; just steady, repeatable progress.


Each session may include a blend of:


  • Mobility Training & C.A.R.S.– Gentle, controlled joint work to build strong, usable range of motion.
  • ATG Methods – Knee - and joint-friendly strength training focused on long-term joint health and resilience.
  • Calisthenics & Bodyweight Fitness – Practical strength using your own body, not complicated machines.
  • Quadrupedal Movement & Animal Flow – Ground-based patterns to improve coordination, balance, and body control.
  • Rope Flow – Rhythmic rope work to improve shoulder health, coordination, and overall fluidity of movement.
  • Kinesiology Taping & Fascial Work – When appropriate, techniques to support joints, reduce discomfort, and improve movement quality.


My goal is simple: help you move well enough to enjoy your life more.
